As it contains information, like the date, and the time.
Of a special event, for your calendar, next year,
An evening of celebration, funny clothes, and cheap beer.
The date, Saturday 13th January, 2007,
The time 7pm, so you’ll be drunk by 11.
The location, Thornton Social Club, in Thornton, that’s right,
The dress code is fancy dress, so we can laugh at you all night.
Just who or what will you come as, we’ll leave that up to you,
But if you haven’t got any ideas, we’ll give you a few.
A film star, a pop star, President Bush if you’re mad,
If you don’t come in fancy dress, you’ll soon wish you had.
But what is the reason, for this invite, to be sent,
The person Hayley Gara, her 30th Birthday, the event.
So if you can attend, we would love that you did,
To help 30 year old Hayley, drink vast amounts, of fluid.
